  • Conference fee includes: The conference fee includes the conference pack, lunch at the university cafeteria, and snacks and refreshments served during coffee breaks (20 thru 23 May).
  • Graduate students: All graduate students (including PhD students/candidates) are eligible to benefit from reduced registration fees.
  • Student ID requirement: Graduate students must upload a scanned copy of their current student ID card (or a letter of confirmation of their student status signed by their supervisors).
